Casa da Mont Fer, located at 1,300 meters above sea level (a 20-minute drive from Tione di Trento/Sella Giudicarie), is the perfect choice for you! Casa da Mont Fer is a portion of a cabin on the ground floor, arranged over two levels. The entrance is independent from the other apartment in the building, ensuring privacy and discretion. On the ground floor, you will find a kitchen with a gas stove, a refrigerator (without freezer), a dining room with a table, TV, and fireplace. There is also a bathroom (toilet, bidet, and shower without enclosure) and a bedroom with a three-quarter bed. Upstairs, accessed via a staircase, there is a second bedroom with a double sofa bed. Outside, there is an unfenced garden area for exclusive use, with a portable barbecue, a table with benches for outdoor dining. Plates, cutlery, pots, and bath and bed linens are provided. The structure is connected to the public aqueduct, while the external fountain is connected to an (unchecked) spring. Hot water is provided by a gas boiler. Staying at Baita Fer allows you to enjoy a completely relaxing vacation. In fact, the structure is connected to the public lighting system, so there is no need to worry about autonomy!
