Upper floor: double bedroom, extra bed in the anteroom, bathroom with shower (without bidet). Outdoors: un-fenced garden with deck chairs, table, umbrella, and portable gas barbecue. USEFUL INFO: Dishes, cutlery, and linens are included; Water is available from the public aqueduct; hot water from a gas boiler; The house’s electricity is supplied by an off-grid photovoltaic system with a storage battery, offering a sustainable and low environmental impact experience.
