This apartment located in a private house of only three units features 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, an open space with living room and kitchen overlooking the splendid terrace with a view of the valley. You will have access to an outdoor parking space from which you can reach the private garden where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the Borzago area. Additionally, you will have a small box available for parking motorcycles and bikes with a charging option. Check-in is possible from 3 pm to 12 pm independently with a key box. Check-out until 11 am. Separate waste collection is recommended; you will find bins for each type in the house. The municipality provides a waste collection service through bins for recycling located in various places. Disposal of non-recyclable waste is done using a special key; we will provide you with instructions for its use.
