The Hotel “Borel” is managed and run by the Maestri family who have been taking care of the restaurant and accomodation for three generations. It has been fully renovated and modernised and stands in the centre of the Valle del Chiese – departure point for countless excursions and cultural visits. The special home cooked food includes low mileage, typical local Trentino products, children’s menu and sports menu.
