Scendendo al livello sottostante con una rustica scala di legno, si accede alla zona notte finemente arredata valorizzando il legno massello antico per i mobili e i rivestimenti e il granito (tonalite della Val di Genova) per la pavimentazione. A disposizione degli ospiti la baita \u00e8 dotata di letto matrimoniale ed un tipico letto a castello costruiti in legno massello.\nDalla zona notte si accede ad un ampio bagno e ad un locale magazzino. Per riscaldarsi nelle fresche stagioni si pu\u00f2 contare sia su un impianto di riscaldamento a gas che sulla stufa a legna. A disposizione degli ospiti c'\u00e8 poi uno spazio esterno (non ancora definitivamente ultimato) dove potersi rilassare leggendo o prendendo il sole immersi nella natura e nella tranquillit\u00e0.\nIl luogo\nLa baita \u00e8 raggiungibile tutto l'anno a piedi con una facile passeggiata in leggera salita di circa 10 minuti dal centro abitato di Caderzone Terme.\nLa strada che la collega al centro abitato \u00e8 percorribile anche con macchine di piccola-media cilindrata o con mountain-bike, ma solo nel periodo estivo (non viene effettuato lo sgombero neve nei mesi invernali). Dalla baita \u00e8 possibile accedere a sen tieri per camminate a piedi verso la piana di Caderzone e Pinzolo (Sentiero della Salute), oppure uscite un po' pi\u00f9 impegnative verso le quote pi\u00f9 alte della montagna, come i bellissimi Laghi di San Giuliano con l'omonimo rifugio. Durante il soggiorno sar\u00e0 possibile dedicarsi alle numerose escursioni che offre la Val Rendena o, in quota, il Parco Naturale Adamello Brenta. Den G\u00e4sten stehen ein Doppelbett und ein typisches Etagenbett aus Massivholz zur Verf\u00fcgung.\nVom Schlafzimmer gelangt man in ein ger\u00e4umiges Badezimmer und einen Abstellraum. Um sich in den k\u00fchleren Jahreszeiten warm zu halten, kann man sowohl auf eine Gasheizung als auch auf den Holzofen zur\u00fcckgreifen. Den G\u00e4sten steht auch ein Au\u00dfenbereich (der noch nicht vollst\u00e4ndig fertiggestellt ist) zur Verf\u00fcgung, in dem sie sich beim Lesen oder Sonnenbaden in der Natur und Ruhe entspannen k\u00f6nnen.\nDer Ort\nDie H\u00fctte ist das ganze Jahr \u00fcber zu Fu\u00df mit einem einfachen, leicht ansteigenden Spaziergang von etwa 10 Minuten vom Ort Caderzone Terme aus erreichbar.\nDie Stra\u00dfe, die sie mit dem Wohngebiet verbindet, kann auch von kleinen und mittelgro\u00dfen Autos oder mit Mountainbikes befahren werden, jedoch nur im Sommer (im Winter wird der Schnee nicht ger\u00e4umt). Von der H\u00fctte aus hat man Zugang zu Wanderwegen in Richtung der Ebene von Caderzone und Pinzolo (Gesundheitsweg) oder zu etwas anspruchsvolleren Ausfl\u00fcgen zu den h\u00f6heren Lagen des Berges, wie den wundersch\u00f6nen Seen von San Giuliano mit der gleichnamigen Bergh\u00fctte.
